Infection Controls, Inc. is looking for high-energy, self-motivated individuals that would like to join the GermBlast team. GermBlast is a proprietary patent pending process that systematically removes dangerous microorganisms from the environment. We service many industries including healthcare, education, athletics, and more. Service technicians evaluate the environment and deploy a customized process that eliminates bacteria and viruses, protecting clients against illness and infection. A GermBlast Service Technician would be responsible for the following:

  • Assess environments in order to determine the location of touch points and potential challenge organisms.
  • Apply the GermBlast disinfecting technologies to touch points in order to eliminate microorganisms.
  • Collect environmental samples and interpret their results.
  • Communicate with clients regarding environmental and microbiological challenges.
  • Maintain service records.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Aptitude to learn biology and microbiology concepts
  • Promptness
  • Ability to communicate well with team members and clients
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
  • Must pass criminal background and drug test

Service supervisors evaluate the environment and deploy a customized process that eliminates bacteria and viruses, protecting clients against illness and infection.

A GermBlast Service Supervisor would be responsible for the following:

  • Set a strategy for and direct the actions of GermBlast service teams.
  • Quality check GermBlast service, and issue training to team members as needed.
  • Work alongside service team, disinfecting client environments.
  • Collect environmental samples and interpret their results.
  • Communicate with clients regarding environmental and microbiological challenges.
  • Maintain service records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Back-End Programmer I

Infection Controls, Inc. is looking for back-end developers in the Lubbock area.  Programmers would be responsible for the following:

  • Build and Maintain MySQL databases
  • Create a RESTful API for mobile applications
  • Support and Develop Legacy Web Applications

Candidates must have a background in PHP or a related language as well as HTML, MySQL, and Javascript.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of the following technologies

  • PHP
  • Javascript, including jQuery and Angular
  • MySQL
  • HTML5/CSS3
  • CoffeeScript
  • Compass/SASS

Optional, but preferred knowledge includes:

  • Laravel
