GermBlast Service Technician

GermBlast is looking for professionally focused, self-motivated individuals that would like to join our team as a Service Technician. GermBlast is a proprietary process that systematically removes dangerous microorganisms from the environment. We service many industries, which include: healthcare, education, athletic facilities and more. Technicians will help deploy our customized process within environments, which eliminates bacteria and viruses, protecting clients against illness and infection.

GermBlast Field Operations Technician Qualifications:

  • Schedule Flexibility – willingness to travel out of town/state for potential overnight services

Job Type: Full-time (32 – 38 hrs a week); Part-time (15 – 32 hrs a week

Education Level:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of college in science related field preferred.

Required language:

  • English
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
  • Clean client environments according to the GermBlast process
  • Disinfect client environments according to the GermBlast process
  • Take direction from Service Supervisor regarding job duty assignments
  • Follow GermBlast protocols and standards of excellence
  • Provide excellent customer service for all of our client

GermBlast Service Supervisor

GermBlast is a proprietary process that systematically removes dangerous microorganisms from the environment. We service many industries, which include: healthcare, education, athletic facilities and more. Supervisors will provide leadership for our service teams and ensure that excellent service is provided for our clients. Supervisors will also help deploy our customized process within environments, which eliminates bacteria and viruses, protecting clients against illness and infection.

GermBlast Field Operations Supervisor Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time (32 – 50 hrs a week); Part-time (20 – 32 hrs a week)

Required experience and Education level:

  • Leadership experience: 1 year
  • Bachelors degree and field of study biology or microbiology preferred

Required language:

  • English
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
  • Plan and set a strategy for all GermBlast services
  • Provide leadership and guided direction of service teams while on services
  • Work alongside service team, disinfecting client environments
  • Exemplify and uphold GermBlast protocols and standards of excellence
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure excellent service is being provided to our clients
  • Collect environmental samples and record those results
  • Assist with in-house and field training of service technicians
  • Provide excellent customer service for all of our clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding areas that exhibit environmental and microbiological challenges.
  • Maintain detailed services notes and records
  • All other duties assigned

Back-End Programmer I

Infection Controls, Inc. is looking for back-end developers in the Lubbock area.  Programmers would be responsible for the following:

  • Build and Maintain MySQL databases
  • Create a RESTful API for mobile applications
  • Support and Develop Legacy Web Applications

Candidates must have a background in PHP or a related language as well as HTML, MySQL, and Javascript.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of the following technologies

  • PHP
  • Javascript, including jQuery and Angular
  • MySQL
  • HTML5/CSS3
  • CoffeeScript
  • Compass/SASS

Optional, but preferred knowledge includes:

  • Laravel
  • Node.js
  • Bower
  • Swift
Career level: Full time: 40 hours per week

Travel: Rare overnight travel is required
